Hover the map for each operator's modelled coverage at that point
Who can get 4G indoors, or good 5G, and from which operator? Coverage is modelled across Exeter from Ofcom's drive-test readings, with hills and buildings from LiDAR, then counted against the Census 2021 residents of every address. Pick a neighbourhood or draw your own area.
Ofcom's Connected Nations 2025 publishes the operators' own coverage predictions (snapshot 1 July 2025) for Exeter local authority, counted by premises. This model counts residents and uses only open data, so it is the more cautious of the two.
RSRP = A − 10·n·log10(d) is fitted to its readings, binned to 20 m squares, which estimates where its mast is. Positions from road readings are approximate, typically a few hundred metres off.
